«The Daily Planet» is the name of the newspaper where Clark Kent, the alter ego of the legendary Superman from comics, was working. In real world «The Daily Planet» is the name of the Discovery Channel broadcast about the most unusual things and phenomena of the Earth. That Daily Planet reporter was very interested in Russian device.
At First, he played in all the most popular games like «Fruit Ninja» and «Angry birds». Then he began to do strange things, like putting the face into the stream with interactive fire, breaking animated ice with the hands and forced the operator to make a video about it, - says Sergey Sergeev, Director of Marketing for Displair LLC.
It is not a surprise that Displair is very popular at CES among the journalists. For the most of them it shows up like the device from the nearest future, the reason why they decided to visit the world's largest consumer technology show. Other visitors of the exhibition showed the same strong interest in the displays, which echo from “Iron Man” movie (which is inspired by other comics).
We noticed hundreds and hundreds of people, coming to our booth, and this lasted for several hours daily. Those people, who are in the in front, come closer to the air display, opening their mouths with a surprise and watching curiously, beginning to try out the multi-touch feature and play games. But soon they are blown away with a new wave of visitors. Those who didn’t get into the front rows, had to watch Displair from distance, - says Alexander Krasnotsvetov, the Head of R&D department for Displair.
